Submit → wait → download

Most jobs enter a queue. You do not need to sit on a terminal.

01 — SUBMIT

Pick a tool

Folding VHH, Flow, Pathway Index, Metabopath, or End-to-End Delivery. Upload a PDB or paste a sequence and spend quota.

02 — QUEUE

Watch Task History

Progress stays on the job card. Refresh when you come back; the status is there.

03 — RESULTS

Data Room

Download from the task card or User Portal → Data Room. Custom deliveries show contract → design → screening → files.

Molecular

Backbones & folds

Diffusion and Flow for scaffolds; inverse folding for sequences; Folding VHH and OpenDDE; Gibbs minimization and MD requests.

Folding VHH

Pathway

Routes that hand off

KEGG index and Path Tracer, RBS Builder, sequence tuning, FBA perturbations, multi-model kcat, Metabopath merging host energy with a target route.

Quota you can see

Each job has a cost. Remaining quota sits in the sidebar. GPU Booking reserves lab node time when you need a machine, not just an API.

FAQs

Practical questions from first login

How do I start?

Open biodesign.top, register or sign in, then pick one real problem — Folding VHH, Flow, or Pathway Index — and run submit → wait → download once.

Where do results go?

Task History for status. Task cards or User Portal → Data Room for files. Custom projects also show delivery stages in the portal.

What does quota pay for?

Compute units. Examples: Gibbs minimization 300, FBA 50, kcat 150, Metabopath 80, nanobody scaffold 400, full pipeline 1500. Folding may be free on some accounts.

Is this a replacement for the wet lab?

No. The platform cuts setup and waiting. Interpretation, validation, and experiment stay with you.
